For the 4-year degree courses,
- Candidates must pass the 10+2 examination with at least 45% aggregate marks in Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Electronics / Computer Science.
- Must obtain a valid rank in Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET).

The selection of candidates will be based on merit, which will be determined as per the rules & regulations of the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA).
Reservation criteria will be according to the rules and regulations of the Indian Government.
